To my five beloved children, my precious grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all those who carry a piece of my heart:

I want you to know that my life was full—not because every day was easy, but because God blessed me with a family to love, nurture, guide, and cherish. I experienced both great joy and deep sorrow, including saying goodbye to three of my dear children and my ex-husband before my own journey came to an end. Through every season, God remained my strength, my comfort, and the foundation upon which I built my life.

Please do not spend your days only mourning those who have gone before you. Honor us by living. Live fully, love deeply, laugh often, and make precious memories with one another while God still grants you time together. Do not postpone the phone call, the visit, the kind word, or the embrace. Tomorrow is never promised, but today is a beautiful gift.

Take care of yourselves and one another. Keep your family close, and never allow distance to become greater than the love you share. Treat every person with dignity, kindness, and respect. Help those who are struggling, encourage those who are discouraged, and always leave people feeling better because your path crossed theirs.

Most importantly, keep God first in everything you do. Pray in times of joy and in times of trouble. Trust Him when the road is clear and when you cannot see the way ahead. Let His Word guide your choices, and allow His love to shine through your life.

I am grateful for each of you and proud of the family that continues through you. Carry our love, faith, and family legacy forward for generations to come.

Live a full and meaningful life while you are still here on Earth—and never forget that you are loved beyond measure.
